Summer Camps

We love summer camp, and we would love your students to go with us this summer. This is a great time to build relationships, hear great teaching, be challenged by the Word of God, and have a lot of fun at the same time. Some of our greatest memories in ministry happen at summer camp. We hope that this week spent together will lead to a lifetime of learning and worship for your student. You can register anytime. Invite your friends. Encourage some of our own students to go with you.

SUMMER CAMP DATES AND REGISTRATION :: Summer camp information is listed below. Please register your student by following the link. Their spot will be reserved once you pay a $50 deposit. You can bring those deposits by the church office or to Sunday School or WAYPOINT. Let us know if you have any questions. We are excited for summer camp this year. Mission Trip

PORTLAND MISSION
We are putting together plans to head back to Portland this summer. However, spots will be limited to 11th and 12th Grade Students. If you have interest in this trip, please come to an info meeting after church on Sunday March 27 at 12:00 pm in the Annex (142). Dates for trip will be June 25-July 1.

Middle School

Middle School Ministry is geared to aid families with students in 6th through 8th grade.

We strive to help students catch a vision of Christ as king and their place in His work. We also work to equip parents to navigate the many changes in their students and families as they enter a larger world. Some of the ways we go about that are:

The Waypoint

On Wednesday evenings, Middle School and High School Students meet at 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. We call it "The Waypoint" because this is a time for the students to pause on their journey to reach deep into God's Word and find the truth contained within it. Together we have a few activities and worship together through song, scripture, and prayer. Following the corporate time together, the High School Students and Middle School students move to age-appropriate Bible Study.

Sunday School

Sunday School meets at 9:45 on Sunday Mornings.

Retreats

One of the best ways to grow in Christ is to strengthen friendships and give students an opportunity to experience life together. So, we offer fun fellowship events throughout the year. We offer outreach and service projects through our Sunday School classes because we feel it is essential for students to have an outlet to serve those around them for the glory of Christ.

Each year we host several retreats: 6th Grade Orientation and Fall Retreat. These weekends away from the normal grind help students to experience the truth of God's Word in new and exciting ways.

Summer Trips

Each summer we have two major trips: camp and a mission trip. Our Middle School students have served as close as Asheville, NC and as far away as Portland, OR. Summer camp is great for helping students look more like Jesus, and mission trips are a great opportunity for them to share Him with others.

High School

High School Ministry is geared to aid families with students in 9th through 12th grade.

The Waypoint

On Wednesday evenings Middle School and High School Students meet at 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. We call it “The Waypoint” because this is a time for the students to stop along their journey and equip themselves to continue walking with Christ by reaching deep into God's Word and find the truth contained within it. Then we encourage them to take this truth and use it every day.

Together we have a few activities and worship together through song, scripture, and prayer. Following the corporate time together, the High School Students and Middle School students move to age-appropriate Bible Study.
