We will once again celebrate Christmas with the presentation of An Avenue Christmas 2021.
Friday, December 10 & Saturday, December 11
5:30pm – 9:00pm
Stroll down our “Central Avenue” for…
To allow us to properly prepare for the number attending, this will be a ticketed event. Tickets are $5 per person. Children under 2 years old do not need a ticket. They can be purchased online through the Western Avenue Ticket site www.wabcapps.org or in the church office. Purchases from food trucks and artisan craft fair are not included in the ticket cost.
All activities will take place in the back parking lot and field of the church. As you enter the property you will be greeted and directed to parking and the entrance.
Schedule your evening to allow time to watch the most important event of the night, the live nativity musical presentations at 6:30pm or 7:30pm.
A waiver must be filled out by each person planning to ice skate. To allow more time for all of the fun taking place when you arrive, you may wish to print and fill out the waiver for each person ahead of time. You may download and print the form here.
Sign ups for ice skating time slots can be made upon arrival at the event.
We hope you will make plans to join us as we celebrate the season with An Avenue Christmas!
Planning to Attend or Have Questions about the Event? Here are some FAQs to give you a few more details about An Avenue Christmas:
What time is the choir presentation?
The choir will perform with a live nativity at 6:30pm and 7:30pm each evening of the event.
Am I able to sit in my car and listen to the presentation?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available near the choir presentation.
Where do I park?
The event entrance will be at the Museum Rd. entrance of the church. There will be a jolly team of parking attendants and directional signs to help get you in the right place.
What is the plan for bad weather?
The event will go on as scheduled still on Friday and Saturday nights. There will not be additional nights. All tickets sales are final.
What if it rains Friday? Can I use my tickets on Saturday?
We do understand that your printed tickets say you can only use Friday night tickets on Friday night and Saturday night tickets on Saturday. However, we will be accepting either ticket you have either night of the event. So, if you already have Friday tickets, you will be able to use those on Saturday. If you have Saturday tickets, you are able to use those on Friday. However, you may not come to both nights on the same ticket.
What if I don’t have tickets yet? Can I buy them at the event?
Yes, you can buy your tickets at the event. There will be a dedicated space to buy tickets the night of the event. Tickets sold on the night of the event may only be paid for with cash. We recommend purchasing tickets online at www.wabcapps.org so you do not have to wait in a long line the night of the event.
Do I need a ticket for my baby?
Children 2 years old and under will not need a ticket for the event.
