If you would like to reserve a room for a special event, you may use this form:  Reservation Form - Ministry Related Event from our website (requires the free Adobe Reader). Please print out the form and bring the completed form by the church office.

Be advised that the church's facilities are almost constantly in use throughout the week so you will need to request the room as soon as possible. You will want to have several possible dates in mind for your event in case of a conflict with other events already on the church's calendar.

Please be aware that there are fees associated with certain events, such as weddings.

All weddings must be approved through the office of the Pastor.
